Argumentative Introductions
Paragraph I
Drugs and cigarettes are about as life threatening as it gets. Yet schools today opt to spend their time and money regulating their snacks instead. Kids should be able to choose what they eat, as it is not the schools job to regulate their diets. Students enjoy spending their money on snack foods, and the lose of that income would greatly affect a school's budget. It also won’t stop kids from eating the target foods, they’ll simply just get it elsewhere. Showing the amount of money schools make from their vending machines, how much that would affect the facility if it were to be removed, and what exactly schools are allowed to dictate will prove this. Schools would only have drawbacks from removing vending machines supplying these treats, so they should keep them and allow students to decide for themselves whether they eat the junk food or not.

Paragraph II
“Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt.” It is true that words cannot physically beat someone, but in many cases they can still cause pain and distress. Some people believe bullying is just a part of life that kids must go through, and if something happens because of it the bullies shouldn’t be criminally charged. However, it can easily be argued that ad the bullying not occurred, those who commit suicide would still be alive. With the statistics of bullying and suicide, and other cases of suicide, the bullies can be proven “not innocent”. Despite it was simply words and taunts, their actions caused a premature death, and they should be charged regardless of age and supposed naivety about what their actions would cause.

Paragraph III
“I can show you the world. Shining, dazzling, splendor.” Disney’s got that right, the world is a fanatstic sight, but they’ve got a different perspective. Imagine the view from space. The option to go to space is mind boggling, and while the price is a little high ($200,000) it would undoubtedly be the experience of a lifetime. In Your Next Vacation: Outer Space, it’s said that vacationers can float in zero gravity, and get an amazing view of our world from outer space. I believe it would be the experience of a lifetime; the fantastic view, the mystery of space travel, and getting to feel zero gravity. So I would definitely go on a journey to space, the final frontier...
